We can all use a little helping hand during times like this. Here at NWCE Foodservice Equipment, we strive to make sure that all of our customers receive only the best service, help and support possible. We know you work hard for your money and we don’t want to see it going to waste. Why should you be paying for something when your kitchen has be to closed down? As a company we don’t think it’s fair and that’s why during lockdown 2.0 we have temporarily paused all direct debits for any service and maintenance plans you may have with us.
All service & maintenance contract payments are paused
All the contract payments have been backdated and paused from the 5th of November 2020. We decided on this date as it’s when the Government had advised against all visits to foodservice and hospitality establishments. As well as pausing payments, we have decided to extend your contract by the amount of days the government forcefully closes these establishments.
Once this lockdown is over, we already have plans set up in order to assist with any cash flow issues you may have. Our office staff will be able to work with you to set up payment plans. We’re more than happy to create something that suits your individual business needs.
Not only that, our foodservice engineers will still be carry out any of our contractually obligated tasks as they should be. This includes all planned services and attending any breakdowns. We will make sure you are ready to open bright and early in December!
Rental agreement suspended at no cost
Don’t worry, we’ve not forgotten about those clients who rent appliances from us on a monthly basis. All of those contracts have also been temporarily paused and backdated from the 5th of November. And we will still carry out any work or servicing that needs to be done. Our team will still be here for your kitchen and they’ll make sure everything is in place for the re-opening.
