All of our engineers have been working hard over the past few weeks to make sure that we’re all ready for the Christmas rush! This year might be a little different than the festive periods of the past but that’s not changing anything for us here at NWCE Foodservice Equipment!
We always believe that prevention is better than cure which is why we advocate so strongly for our customers to sign up for bespoke service and maintenance plans! Carrying out planned preventative maintenance mean if there are any issues we can catch them and deal with them before they turn into a problem that could end up shutting down your kitchen for a considerable period of time.
Christmas Operational Hours
Our operational hours this year are going to be the same as they have been in previous years as we fully want to support your kitchen as much as we possible can. Our teams of foodservice and catering engineers will be available 24 hours a day right the way from Wednesday the 23rd of December through to Friday the 1st of January 2021.
So rest assured that no matter what you and your kitchen might be doing for this Christmas, our team have your back. Our job is to keep your service, in service.
All of our engineers carry out a range of services which include carrying out scheduled maintenance, dealing with breakdowns and installing brand new equipment or appliances. Not to mention we offer a range of back bar appliances that are available to both buy or rent if you are looking to upgrade your food offering.
