‘We called yesterday because our deep fat fryer had gone kaput. The engineer attended within a few hours, inspected our fryer, had parts on his van (which was a surprise we have used many other companies before and they always have to wait for parts!!)
He was onsite for around an hour all in all and went leaving the fryer working. He also explained to us how we can help to stop the fryer from breaking again which was refreshing. Great service, great and pleasant engineer.’
