All of us here at NWCE Foodservice Equipment have spent the majority of this lockdown helping commercial kitchens and bars get ready for the festive rush and the Christmas re-opening. Think about it, what better time to get all your catering equipment and appliances checked over then when you have to be closed and when it’s not in use anyway?
Free Safety Inspection in Time For Your Re-Opening
We’re currently offering a limited amount of free safety inspection to all kitchens and bars who need our help. This safety inspection will consist of our engineers coming our to your premises, checking over all of your appliances and testing their safety. Our catering engineers will also be able to supply a free equipment condition report which can give you a more in-depth detail of your equipment.
Our engineers have years of experience behind them when it comes to dealing with catering and foodservice equipment. And we believe that their knowledge and background is priceless which is why we have decided to offer out these free safety inspections to anyone who needs one.
Of course all of the work will be carried out with full PPE and our engineers will work alongside all social distancing safety measures. The inspection itself take around two to three hours, depending on the size of your kitchen, how much equipment you have etc. All of our inspections will be bespoke around your kitchen needs. Terms and conditions do apply with the limited amount of inspections we will carry out. If you’re interested or would like some more information on our inspections, or any of the other services our catering engineers can provide, please give our office a ring on 0161 746 8688 or fill in the form below.
Like we mentioned earlier above, this year for us has been more about seeing how we can help the hospitality industry as much as we can and in whatever way we possibly can. And that is why we’re happy to announce the growth of our team in such an unprecedented time.
Alongside our inspection scheme, we have also paused all contractual agreements for our current customers. So whether they have
long term maintenance plan with us, or they’re renting out a key piece of kitchen equipment. We don’t believe in paying for something that you’re not allowed to us.
But as a company, one of the things that most proud of is being able to help charities that are close to our heart such as Bury Hospice and Hospitality Action, which is an organisation that provides financial relief to alleviate poverty for people who work or have worked in UK hospitality.
Bury Hospice is a extremely important cause for many people, not only in Bury and Bolton but even further afar. And when they needed help with their kitchen during the first lockdown, we were more than happy to help. Our engineers carried out a free full service to all the kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
The team at Bury hospice have commented “A huge thank you to you all at NWCE Foodservice Equipment for carrying out our essential maintenance and service work that our hospice kitchen needs. Your engineer worked around our kitchen staff in order to get the work done without disrupting the mealtimes of our patients”.
In uncertain times like these, we want to remind all those in the hospitality, catering and foodservice industry that everyone here at NWCE Foodservice Equipment is here to help. Whether that’s with setting up a payment plan for a new piece of equipment for re-opening or if you just need a friendly voice and some advice over the phone.
