NWCE freezes payments to help customers

Great news for our contracted customers and new clients

At Nwce Foodservice Equipment we’ve been thinking long and hard about how we can help our customers through the current crisis we are all facing.

We not only want to help financially but also with your operational and trading ability for when you re-open, so we have come up with the following:

Customers with service contracts:

  1. We will temporarily pause all service contracts, backdating the contract pause date to the date the government advised against all visits to hospitality establishments, which was the 22/03/2020.
  2. We will extend your contract by the amount of days the government closes these establishments.
  3. We will suspend all direct debits for these contracts. We don’t agree with you paying for something you are not using.
  4. We will set up payment plans if needed to help you with your cashflow.
  5. We will still carry out all our contractual obligated tasks as they should be, including services and attending breakdowns to make sure you are ready to open!

Customers with rental appliance contracts:

  1. We will temporarily pause all rental contracts, backdating the contract pause date to the date the government advised against all visits to hospitality establishments, which was the 22/03/2020.
  2. We will extend your contract by the amount of days the government closes these establishments.
  3. We will suspend all direct debits for these contracts. We don’t agree with you paying for something you are not using.
  4. We will still carry out all our contractual obligated tasks as they should be, including servicing the unit for you, then you are also ready to re-open.

New customers:

  1. We want to help you open back up as smoothly as possible, advise is always free on 0161 764 8688
  2. We will be issuing free guidance on re-opening your kitchen or bar safely in the coming weeks.
  3. Rental and service contracts are always available to make sure your kitchen and bar is ready for action once the lock down ends. New customers accounts are still being opened as we speak.
  4. Free no obligation site surveys can be carried out once travel restrictions are lifted.
  5. No inflated costs for new customers.
