Ever since NWCE was formed back in 2015, we have been growing at a rapid rate, and now we are delighted to announce we have upped sticks and moved to new premises, to accommodate this expansion.
Knowing we had outgrown our previous rented commercial property in Bury, in Greater Manchester, a search was set in motion to find new, well-suited premises in the region, which would support our full range of services.
The search led to a commercial property in Bolton whereby last month, NWCE moved into the befitting premises located on Folds Road. The new office benefits from a main road frontage and ideal links to the motorway and transport network. The 10,000 sq. ft. control centre also supports nation-wide services, centralised parts storage and distribution to support the comprehensive engineers’ van stocks.
As well as this, NWCE can now boast on-site fabrication facilities, a new and used equipment warehouse, a spacious workshop area, showroom and fully operational commercial test kitchen. Externally, the large car parking and yard area is required for the growing fleet of service and installation vehicles.
The move has made it possible for us to increase the national service control centre team, to include call handlers, engineer controllers and service supervisory staff. All of whom are supported by the experienced spare parts department. Our sales team, led by Justin Bailey, have also just recruited new support staff to enable the continuation of supplying exemplary customer service.
Recently agreed by NWCE directors, is a three-year strategy to give existing and new customers ongoing, improved and new customer support services, with more details to be released in the new year.
Ben Odling said: “As part of our ongoing business strategy, future growth could only be supported by investing in purpose-built and furnished premises. Our new premises could not be a better fit for what we want to achieve as a business in the coming years.
“This past year has seen huge and sustained growth for NWCE and the new premises is one of the physical examples of this.”
