Here at NWCE Food Service Equipment, we understand that for bakers time is of the essence! And thanks to all of our years experience dealing with the bakery industry, bakery equipment North West, and the food service industry as a whole; we’ve come up with a few tips and tricks on how to be more productive.
Start with a to-do list
If you start and end every day with a to-do list, this lets you focus your mind on what the important tasks of the day are. Using lists like that can help you prioritise what needs to be done first. And then you can work out what can be left until later in the day. You can streamline your tasks and hopefully work smarter.
Once you’ve got your your to-do list, don’t underestimate how much time it may take to do the smaller tasks. We know that sometimes everything just doesn’t fall into place. Some tasks may take longer than you first think, so give yourself that extra bit of time in case anything does come up with other staff, bakery equipment or even clients.
Look into equipment upgrades
You might be working smarter and harder but if your equipment can’t keep up then your hard work may be going to waste. Our catering engineers specialise in dealing with bakery equipment. So if you are thinking of upgrading, or you’d like to protect your equipment with a maintenance and service plans, then we have you covered!
