The restructure of the board at NWCE Foodservice Equipment marks a significant shift following the promotion of three senior members. This strategic move aligns with the company’s growth and operational goals.
Lisa Odling, Nick Brassett, and Lyndon Moorby have joined existing directors Ben Odling, Matthew Hopkinson, and Peter Overton in leading the Bolton-based business. Each has taken on new titles and expanded roles to drive NWCE forward.
Lisa Odling steps into the role of operations director. She will manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the effectiveness of existing systems and processes. Additionally, she will oversee the implementation of innovative operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
Nick Brassett, formerly head of business development, is now the commercial director. His focus will be on fostering both internal and external partnerships to grow revenues and improve profitability. To expedite growth, Nick will design and execute commercial strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
Lyndon Moorby has been appointed as projects director after serving as head of design for two years. He will lead the team through various projects, ensuring smooth implementation and effective financial and administrative management.

NWCE now employs over 60 staff members, handling more than 450 service jobs weekly, alongside new projects and installations. This board restructure is a crucial step in supporting the company’s ambitious plans and sustaining its growth trajectory.
