NWCE Foodservice Equipment has restructured its board of directors following promotions involving three senior members of staff.
Lisa Odling, Nick Brassett and Lyndon Moorby will now join Ben Odling, Matthew Hopkinson and Peter Overton as directors of the Bolton-based business.
The trio have all been given new titles and expanded job roles.
Mrs Odling has been promoted to operations director, where she will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.
She will manage operational systems and processes that the company currently uses and oversee the implementation of new ways of working.
Mr Brassett, who previously served as head of business development, becomes commercial director.
His role is to develop both internal and external partnerships so that the business can grow revenues and increase profitability.
In order to assist and expedite growth, he will design, create, and put into action commercial strategies based on the company’s ambitions, objectives and ethos.
Mr Moorby, meanwhile, has been named projects director after serving as head of design for the past two years.
He will supervise the team across various projects while overseeing project implementation, financial and administrative oversight, monitoring and reporting.
Managing director Ben Odling said: “In recent years we have expanded in size to now have a full projects and design team, and felt the restructure was needed to continue the growth.
“NWCE now employs over 60 staff and handles more than 450 service jobs per week as well as the new projects and installations.”
