After years of trials and tests, in 2011 Sileo finally succeed to produce the first solar roof tiles in compliance with the strict IEC61215 and IEC61730 certification protocols, which you get only if you demonstrate to pass heavy stress tests such as resistance to water, hail, wind and even being walk-able.

The same year Sileo built the first photo-voltaic roof with solar tiles, technically and aesthetically still perfectly performing, which confirms the excellent work of research and development of materials. Among our projects you can find public buildings, ventilation and VIP private clients such as Italian football player of Series A.
