NWCE Foodservice Equipment continues its longstanding relationship with Qoot restaurant group for the opening of The Lebanese Bakery in Harrods. NWCE worked with Qoot to design, advise and install the commercial kitchen, bakery and signature marble counter at the flagship location in the heart of Knightsbridge.

Following in the footsteps of the original Bakery in the neighbourhood of Achrafieh in Beirut and the first UK location in Covent Garden, The Lebanese Bakery in Harrods will serve some of its favourite Manoushe as well as its signature specials for Harrods including Beef Shawarma.
It was a testament to the whole team at NWCE, Qoot and LXA Project Management that the project was able to be completed during the initial lockdown caused by the pandemic in June 2020 to ensure a successful opening on 1st September.
